Back in 2018, I was happy to give an interview to talk about leadership lessons, my backstory, and people who helped me reach where I am today. The answers are as relevant today as they were then. For example, my three leadership tips are still useful for anyone in a managerial role:

  1. Do not be quick to answer.
  2. Think through your response to develop one that is meaningful and measured.
  3. Do not be afraid to say, “Let me get back to you.”
