  • President and owner of Kairexa Healthcare, Infinity Health and Wellness as well as Co-owner of Northstar Consulting.
Dr. Aguilar graduated with honors from the University of Arizona earning degrees in biochemistry and molecular, cellular biology with minors in mathematics/physics/chemistry, music and cultural studies. In medical school, he earned his medical degree while simultaneously earning his master’s degree in public health focusing on healthcare leadership and cultural proficiency in healthcare.
His passion to serve escalated quickly after completion of residency at the University of Arizona where upon hire at Northwest hospital, within months his talents were absorbed as he became the Chief Medical Officer. At Northwest he led numerous endeavors serving the community across primary care, urgent care, emergency services, hospital medicine, women’s health, critical care medicine, as well as surgical and non-surgical specialty practices. After 6 years of service, Dr. Aguilar moved on to pioneer comparable service line expansion at Carondelet Health Network, unifying service lines across hospital medicine, emergency medicine and critical care. His passion and innovation led to enhanced patient care, team unity, provider recruitment and collaborative gains working in concert with many disciplines and administrators to achieve excellence.
He founded Kairexa Healthcare which focused on entrepreneural expansion of medical care consulting services. In addition he established Northstar Medical Consulting, which focuses on optimization of medicare patient management.
As COVID became a pandemic, he partnered with Premiere Medical Group as Arizona’s regional medical officer focusing on distribution of COVID vaccines across many Arizona counties. This evolved to partnership with Pima county health department, where premiere medical group continues to provide medical care for legal immigrant COVID patients.
Eager to learn and do more while facing a growing opiate epidemic, Dr. Aguilar devoted time to train in restorative medicine as well as palliative/hospice care. He became medical director of QC Kinetix clinics in Tucson, offering non surgical allogenic stem cell therapy to help our community treat chronic pain/injuries with non-opiate procedure based restorative medicine. Palliative/hospice care service ensued as associate medical director for a locally owned company where he can assist patients seeking graceful transitions.
Dr. Aguilar’s most recent venture was purchasing a primary care practice converting it into primary care and wellness practice as he felt the community had great need for primary care and a more comprehensive evidence based approach on sustainable wellness.
